my wife is on probation she went to check in 2 weeks ago she tested dirty but she doesn't use I'm the one who's using and I've been smoking in the bedroom with no ventilation for the last few weeks her levels were low but they still violated her for a dirty test she has court next week is there anything I do as far as a sworn statement so they let her go
