Q: I am trying to get my felony removed. The last time I was in your was 2005. The state was Louisiana. I live in Cali

The last month I was on probation was May of 2008. I'm unemployed now after being paid off by Walmart. I was trying to get help. I have some opportunities bring offered to me which will help my family. Please help out point me in the right direction. Thanks

A: MORE INFO NEEDED BUT I SUSPECT FOR LOUISIANA ATTY.

GOOGLE CRIMINAL LAWYERS IN THAT STATE.

THE BEST PERSON TO HANDLE IT WOULD BE THE UNDERLYING ATTORNEY WHO REPRESENTED YOU.

IN CALIF NOT ALL FELONY'S CAN BE REDUCED TO MISDEMEANOR.....IF IT CAN WE FIRST HAVE TO MAKE A 17B MOTION TO REDUCE THE FELONY TO A MISDEMEANOR AND THEN A 1203 MOTION TO DISMISS.
