Q: I’m married. He left me for someone else but Can I move with my kids without his consent?
We have not filed for divorce or any type of custody or anything. Our rental is listed as him as Head and he continues to threaten to take it away along with our kids. He took sole ownership of our only car. Can I take my kids and move more than 50 miles away without his consent if there isn’t any court order custody agreements or divorce filings?
