Q: Sorry to bother you. I'd like to know what is legal and illegal concerning dumpster diving in Oklahoma.
If a grocery store is throwing away their food into a city dumpster, is it considered public domain? I'm not sure how to find out if a dumpster is on public or private property. I'm only getting what the store managers tell me and I'm not sure if they're telling me the truth or a white lie just to deter me from digging in the dumpster. I just don't want to get myself in trouble. Thanks in advance.
