Q: What can I do regarding a ticket given 19 years a go and my license is flagged

North Carolina has flagged my license because a speeding ticket I dont remember and is under failure to apear the ticket was issued 19 years a go when I was station at FT Bragg NC now I don't know what to do I live in Miami FL and I don't have the means to hire an attorney.

A: If you don't have the means to hire an attorney - you likely don't need a license. If you do need a license, you are just gonna have to bite the bullet and pony up the dough to take care of this - which will likely be a lot. By disregarding your ticket, you have taken what could have been a couple of hundred dollars or less 19 years ago and likely turned into around a $750 or more problem (which is likely cheaper than you traveling up here to attempt to resolve it yourself).
