Wichita, KS asked in Criminal Law for Oklahoma

Q: Does the d.a generally send subpoenas to witnesses before speaking with them first?

I sent an email to the court clerk in a neighboring county about a domestic violence case. I asked to remain anonymous and that I wanted nothing more to do with it aside from the email. I described some of the things he had done 20yrs ago. This was back in January 20, and I haven't heard anything from them, which was what I wanted. However, in the court docket, it lists subpoenas and one is listed as D.V.V, known to d.a. The subpoena was issued a week ago, and I've gotten nothing so far. I live 100 miles away from the court. What is the likelihood this is for me vs someone else?
