she's from Vietnam and he went to Vietnam and get married with her. When she came to Canada, she lived with him for about 1 years and she left him. they separated for over 5 years, and not divorce yet. he's Canadian and I'm international student and we have lived together for over 2 years, and we want to get married but i do not know what step and it's take how long for us to done the application. we not have enough money to go to the Lawyer near us so we need help to get the information. And while my application in process, i can staying in Canada to work or no, because my Study Permit expired in September, 2019. thank you
