24 hrs laterIm attacked nf recieve serious injuries. The police and the D.A. don’t acknowledge this as a factor in this assault and battery with gbi against me. I think it’s an obvious threat that put me in actual fear of my life.

A: But was it him? Did you recognize him? Did you recognize his voice? The DA has an uphill battle and without a corroborating witness , you do not have a case.
