Q: How do I file a suit against my employer after I've received the right to sue letter from the DOJ?

I went to the EEOC filed a complaint against my employer for discrimination and went through the process but efforts to conciliate was unsuccessful. The EEOC found that my employer did violate Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and ADEA I was given 90 days to file suit as of Feb 26, 2019.
