Q: Back in September the Judge in the County where I reside granted an Emergency
Against my ex husband: their father. In that order it revoked any custody and visitation that was set prior. Me and my children are considering moving to another state in the summer to be closer to my mother and father.
Do I have to let him know? If so how do I go about doing that since their is a PO in place?
A: Yes in Oklahoma when you move a certain number of miles from the Jurisdiction where you were divorced you must give some detailed notice and there is a time limitation also before you can move. Go see an attorney to do it right.
