I was named in a lawsuit because the gold company I worked for went out of business I was working as a sales rep for a national gold company located in California. This company went out of business without fulfilling a number of orders. I was named as a defendent in a lawsuit from a customer, located in PA, who did not receive their order for 250k in gold bullion. This was another sales rep's client,. I am as named because the client called one day to inquire about the status of his order and I interacted with this client. His lawyer is trying to make a Rico conspiracy case. Out of all the defendents named in the case, I was the only one who has cooperated and hired an attorney and defended myself. The judge has denied our motion for summary judgment and set a trial date. I'm to stand trial by myself in Federal court in PA in November.
