Orwell, OH asked in Criminal Law for Ohio

Q: What can I do to prove either my parents or someone is behind me being accused and investigated for molestation?

4 months ago i was accused of molesting my daughter taking pictures and making her pose & so on. She lives with my parents & is no way its happend ive never been alone long enough for that sickness to happen, i have recorded phone call of my step father stating he knows i didnt do it,but denied it i front of a cop &my mother when i called him out, numerous of people have told me he has told them he walked in & saw my girlfriend recording these acts, thats a lie because i know what i would do if i saw that &the cops have had our phones since November &obviously havent found what they think they will. My parents have told people so many different stories that would have been had me arrested, i was told by my sons mother my mom told her it got started after she showed a picture to my dad. They are brainwashing her because around Christmas i was at the FD and my daughter was there she saw me & tried coming to me & saying daddy, the other day she said ur oh theres tyler! Help!
