Q: Can a prosecutor call up theyre own witness to testify, then after the trail, try to claim the witness did perjury,
the witness was to record a phone call between the defendant and record it, hoping to hear the defendant admit he commited the crime, but the defendant denied any involvement to crime. So prosecutor wasn't satisfied with the recording. But later on at the trial still calls up the witness and plays the recording. Can the prosecutor afer rail try to claim the witness did perjury,cause she wasn't happy with recording?Or can the prosecutor get in trouble cause of the way she felt and still called up the witness
