Wilkes Barre, PA asked in Traffic Tickets and Car Accidents for Pennsylvania

Q: My traffic citation says I was stopped & observed by an officer but this isn't true. He was called to an accident.

Can I fight the citation?

A: You can try but the issue is did you do what the officer says you did. If it's a crash and you were not at fault contact me or a member of the Pa. Assn for Justice--we give free consults.

If you were at fault contact your insurance. It would be useful to plead not guilty ---most DJ's accept a change of plea if you change your mind.
