Q: suppression hearings

Question...I recently had a pool attorney,and had a suppression hearing that didn't go well.

Now,I have a new Paid attorney,and my question is "can the suppression hearing be done over ,now that I have a new attorney"?...

A: Your new attorney would be the best to answer this question as we know nothing about your case. If you want a second opinion, you can always go to another attorney but expect to pay for the advise at the attorneys normal hourly rate, as the attorney would need to take about 1 to 2 hours of time to properly answer your question.
