Q: A vehicle was sold verbally told Canadian trade in w/1 accident no damage wasn’t true

I have found out it went through a series of auctions one of which announced as an accident repair vehicle, it’s had non stop problems.! Purchased a premium extended warranty which paperwork shows, dealership claimed it was basic, on top of that it’s not getting fixed properly, incomplete repair invoices, claiming parts were installed that weren't, then refusing to do further work ... I have tons of documents, pictures, intel, communication recordings, etc

Can I reply/have a conversation about my question? I’m new here and have lots of info

A: Other than finding a lawyer to help you sue the dealer for breach of contract, there is nothing else you can do--unless you have some sort of leverage over the dealer.

A: This sounds like a transaction that might be governed by Canadian law. If that is the case, a starting point could be to contact an attorney who practices in Canada.
