Q: can my mom call the police on me for staying at my dads if he has filed for custody after she filed for child support
Only proof my dad has of right to me is dna testing we never been to court to put in visitation rights.So I’m just wondering if she could call the cops on me if I don’t come home because I want stay at my dads till court for custody
A: Your mother has custody of you until a court says otherwise. She can call the police on both you and your father. That will not help his attempt to get custody.
