A: Obviously a civil case. But you need to call the Court Clerk and ask. It may be Sessions, Circuit or Chancery Courts. It is probably from General Sessions Court. If you do not respond, possibly a Default Judgment will go down against you, so call today.

A: This sounds like a civil case where someone may be making a claim against you. You can call or have someone else call the clerk of the court (try 865-273-5400) and ask what the style of the case is.
