Q: My father died in December 2017. Then my mother followed in October 2018. No succession was done.
After my father passed my brother and his girl friend moved in and kicked my mother out. He refused to do succession knowing I couldn't afford an attorney at the time because I was taking care of my mother. He recently died after getting married 3 days prior to his death. How do I get his 3 day wife out of my parents home? In Louisiana.
