Dallas, TX asked in Family Law for Oklahoma

Q: My ex husband has standard visitation- (not for long) and has not been involved with my boys in 5 years- he took them.

Someone pretended to be DHS ( DHS was NOT involved) and took them from sleep over they were at. He has NOT returned them. I have sole custody. Police will not allow me to retrieve them even with file stamped divorce decree stating terms. Why are they not doing anything!?

Why Isn’t he charged with kidnapping!?? Why can’t I get my kids home!???
