Q: My cousin in law got custody of my daughter in 2012 when I got arrested and incarcerated.. I have been fighting to
Get her back and she is now 14 and she says she don't wanna come with me.. how can I still get her home where she belongs even tho she is staying this to me and the court
A: It is going to be very difficult to do. You will have to have a hearing and be able to show that it is in your daughter's best interest to be returned to you instead of staying where she is. You really have to speak to a lawyer and go over all of the facts of your case to get a better assessment of the situation.
