Shreveport, LA asked in Child Custody and Family Law for Louisiana

Q: Contempt of court. My Custody agreement is summer week off and on school days every other weekend. It has been a month

(1)my husband told her to get off the phone she started her mom told her she didn't have to get off the phone (2)she had an event and the mom had the child to call The day before the event the agreement states the mom is to give 2 week notice.(3)allowed the daughter to go to the dance teacher house during his first day with her and agreed to pick her up the next day after the completion. The team lost and she was sad so my husband with to consult her she pushed away from with an attitude the moms sister was there and the daughter tried to get in the car with her and he told her she had to get in the car with him she started telling him he's not her dad her mom doesn't need his child support, he don't take care of her etc. He took her phone the mom called threatening to kill my husband he no proof of this. He had his mom take his daughter until she calmed down. We went to pick her and the mom had already picked her up with his permission. During his week with her. Is this contempt?
