Q: What are my options?

June 4th, my daughter and I were in Quitman LA.. Just visiting our cousins. June 5th at approximately 10 p.m. my cousin Crystal can in the kitchen. Her 2 boys, my daughter a her wife, were all present. My cousin said something to me about a plate then started punching me. Threw me to the ground. After she was done. I a torn tendon on the rt 4th. Distal phalanx. Plus a fracture. Now I have a 2 day old screw to hold it together. What will I need to do to file charges?
