Q: My neighbor is accusing me of beating my dog. Which is untrue. What are my rights to make her leave me alone.She’s crazy
My dogs are spoiled. Are their any laws to make people stay off your property. Can i get a restraining order on her? I rescue cats and feed strays so theirs a few outside my house now she’s telling me I have a animal problem and taking pictures of my car?? Do I have any rights against this crazy lady?
A: If she is trespassing, call the police and get a restraining order. If you are attracting strays to your home and neighborhood, you might be creating a nuisance, and she might be able to get a restraining order against you.
