Bowling Green, OH asked in Family Law and Child Support for Ohio

Q: Can I get visitation cancelled for my daughter's father?

He fails to follow the visitation guide and support order over the past 2 to 3 years. He does not come to see/ pick her up on Wednesdays nor on his weekends. We are going back to court on August 21st. He has just started coming to pick her up on his holidays and on his weekends. He rarely shows up before 6:15pm. What can I do to get his visitation cancelled. He is also not to have any drugs around her, but there are times that I pick her up and she smells like marijuana and so does his house. In the order he is allowed to claim her every year for taxes, he doesn't, he allows his mother to claim her. He is over $9269 behind in child support.

A: File to modify the visitation, and explain all that to the court on August 21. Use the Find a Lawyer tab to retain a local family law attorney to assist you.
