Q: Am i able to/ how do i file a contempt of court order.

1. there is a parenting plan already establish in the courts as the father moved out of state

2. due to a hostile living environment- i allowed them to live with their father until i got situated again

3. his wife blocked me after asking for a face time chat with my children

4. say "i made my choice" implying im not going to get to see/ speak to my children again because they dislike my significant other

5. The only LEGAL plan we have states i am the primary, and he has time sharing for holiday/summer and returned to me the week before school.

can i get my kids back? He let me have them spring break but said i had to stay at my mothers(4 hours away) and out of the entire week i got 3 days because i couldnt take off work. I have now been completely alienated from my children and with me letting the kids stay with him for the school year- im supposed to have summer visitation. please help me. i cant afford legal aid and just want to know how to get my timesharing back?

A: Unless you find some way to afford "legal aid" you may not be able to get your children back. The law is clear: Unless the court changes the visitation order it must stay as it is. Hire a family lawyer and enforce the order. Today.
