New Orleans, LA asked in Landlord - Tenant for Florida

Q: My tenants lease was up July 5 with notice of 30 days that it will not be renewed. She still has not completely moved.

How do I get her out or can I just remove her belongings, since she is not legally suppose to be there?

A: Unless you have some very compelling reason to "remove her belongings"--like having a tenant standing in the driveway trying to move in and having seen no effort by the holdover tenant to move whatsoever, I would advise following the statutory process required to evict residential tenants in Florida.
