Anaheim, CA asked in Criminal Law, Child Custody and Civil Rights for California

Q: I am 30 Can i sue a minor for pulling off my shorts?

I was playing in the gross area and i grab the baseball ball from kids playing there so we can play through and catch another minor came from the back and pulled off my shorts and all my private parts were visible to everyone around. It took me some sec to pull it up as i was shocked. Now everyone in the complex is talking about it and are calling me short dickie I cant walk and i have to now leave the complex to another place.

Can I sue the minor? who is 14 years old only.

Should i sue the minor? because now I am getting anxiety about how people talk about the size of my private part?

What should I do for all the efforts I have to make now to relocate to a new location?

A: more info needed.

how old is the minor............under 21 or under 18.

say you win and can prove damages, what are you going to win.

you will waste your time and money suing and get nothing in all likelihood.
