Q: Can two different counties give you a citation for the same thing, if one had given you 15 days until fixed?
So I have a friend who had gotten a citation in Lancaster county with the pequea township police, for not having his registration and inspection renewed (only like 2-3 days into the new month; and not aware it needed done). They are giving him 15 days to get it all renewed. Is it possible for another county, same state, to give him another citation for the same thing if already given 15 days to get it done by a different county?
