To constitute sexual harassment in the workplace you must prove you were subjected to unwelcomed comments or conduct of a sexual nature that was so severe or pervasive so as to fundamentally alter the workplace rendering it hostile toward you as a member of your sex. Usually a single event is not going to be severe enough to constitute unlawful harassment, but it is conceivable, especially if there are other facts or circumstances involved.
It would be wise to report this to HR or management. After doing that the employer will have an affirmative legal duty to protect you from further acts of harassment.
