Q: Actual speed says 75 but in confidential information section states clocked at 87. Officer says he gave break on speed
Should I fight ticket to avoid points since speed varies in different sections of ticket
A: You will lose on that point. Either you were doing 75 or over or not. Assuming the officer is half credible, the Court will be impressed he cut you a break. See if you can get it down to a lower amount, but otherwise I'm not seeing any room to manoever.
