Q: If Police Report is falsified & evidence tampered to cover up the Suspect not to be prosecuted, is this a Federal Crime

We were victim of a deadly assault weapon (box cutter knife) use by a Real Estate Broker as Brandishing of Knife. Police found evidence took victims statements, assured victims suspect will be scheduled for prosecution. Police Officers then falsified the Report & conspired together with the Deputy DA so suspect is not prosecuted. These Conspiracies involved top Officials...
