Pearland, TX asked in Civil Rights for Texas

Q: can something be done about a person not being release on their release date due to paperwork not properly sent on time

My son release date was June 28, 2019 he wasn’t released and nobody had answers it was a lot of pointing fingers long story short his paperwork of his court proceedings wasn’t sent to the state jail that he was being held at and when he was being release today that same county picked him up on the same charges he had already sign time for them told me their mistake the judge about to sign off on it and I can pick him up from there almost 2 hours away when he was only 30 mins away I know it’s because of his skin color do we have a case to file

A: lawyers like to answer questions accurately.

Because I cannot be sure of the facts as you have written a single run-on sentence, I am declining to answer.

Perhaps if written in single sentences beginning with a capital letter and ending with a punctuation mark, I might be able to understand it clearly
