All drug use, especially marijuana, along with all of the other questions asked in the electronic form.
If the consular official has a reasonable belief that an applicant is inadmissible for any ground, the visa can be denied and the petition can be revoked. There is no appeal. There are many reasons for an applicant to be inadmissible. If you have an immigration attorney, you may wish to review those reasons, again.
