Q: if i have not seen Dr. yet from accident last Nov., is it too late for medical bills to be covered. i was rear ended
a goodyear tire truck rear ended going 50. I did not notice any injury until mo. later. i am scared to drive much. and am having a hard time functioning.
A: If you are hurt, go to the doctor. If your decision to go to the doctor is based upon whether it will help a personal injury case, you are doing it wrong. No one can say how a doctor's appointment 9 months later will affect your case. It depends on why you have waited this long, what is the diagnosis, whether you have any intervening injuries or aggravations since the date of the accident, etc.
A: more info needed.
however med treatment that late may be hard to sell to the ins co...........
they will think you might have hurt yourself playing tennis or have fallen in the shower and you are trying to say it is from that accident.
absent a good excuse i would not accept the case.
