Cleveland, OH asked in Criminal Law for Tennessee

Q: Boyfriend filed police report thinking money was illegally taken from acct at bank. Told by bank to get money bank needs

A police report. Later found out it was who took it to pay bills for him. Police charged me with computer fraud and have an active warrant for me. Boyfriend went to bank and told it was a big mistake. And paid money back has deposit slip showing he paid money back that was returned to his account by bank. Went to police and told them same thing. Investigator said he would talk to DA in the morning. But due to my job I can’t be arrested or charged with a felony when it is not even a true. My boyfriend is doing everything in his power to help. DA was on vacation last week. And will be back in the morning. Warrant is on hold until then. What can I do? I don’t have money for bail or to pay to fight this bogus charge.
