Q: My wife hit my cusion but I took the blame and she feels bad and wants to take since she done it

How would it get dropped off on to her? How does that work

A: This is something to discuss with your attorney. Also, she will want to hire an attorney as well because your attorney will not be able to advise her. The sooner both of your have attorneys, the better.

And your cousin is claiming it's you even though it was your wife?

You need to be talking to your lawyer about this. If you don't have one, then hire one right away who can help you.
