Nederland, CO asked in Personal Injury for Colorado

Q: What type of attorney do I need to press charges to a company with employees that did aggravated assault upon me? Thanks

I was riding my motorcycle. I approached road construction stop sign and behind 25 cars plus backup. I used the breakdown lane cautiously to advance to the front of the line of cars.I was running late for volunteer work for Meals on Wheels. I was attempted to be stopped by a opening truck door owned by XYZ Inc, I continued and I stop and merged 4 cars before the stop sign. The lane opened and I proceeded with the traffic. Then I was cut off by the same truck. I went around and continued with the flow of traffic. The truck was threatening me while driving aggressive against my rear end of my MC., until the next one lane stoppage. Traffic was at a stop again. I then , for my safety, Went down the breakdown lane to near the front of the line. The lane opened and I proceeded behind 4 cars again, and a man jumped in front of me and I had to veer away. I stopped and then I was push down with my motorcycle to the ground and repeatedly punch and pushed by two employees. I have a case number
