The father was ordered to pay child support. Have not received any for five years. The courts let him have visitation right but won't enforce child support. What can I do? I live in Ohio
A: Talk to the local Child Support Enforcement Agency to start with, and then use the Find a Lawyer tab to retain a local family law attorney to file with the court to have him held in contempt if CSEA is not able to get payments going again.
