Q: Can animal control give me a ticket for a dog thanks t is. It mine just becauses It''s my roommates dog.

I was issued a ticket for this same dog beifore when. The owner was out of town a d I was watching the dog. I felt that I was responsefor the dog the. Because I was dog's sitting for her. But I was not responsible this time because I was no dog sitting and it is not my dog

was the dog under your control? was it an apt leased to you? what was the dog doing? barking or biting?

i trust when you go to court for the tix you can explain to the judge who would probably dismiss if not your dog and you did not have control.
