Victorville, CA asked in Criminal Law for California

Q: On July 5, 2019 We were granted an Order of Protection....

In acts of retaliation the person we are suppose to have protection from has contacted local law enforcement, neighborhood property owners and our landlord suggesting MS13 gang and drug activity being conducted from inside our home 24/7. She has also installed a motion detection lighting system with very bright bulbs that literally blinds us every time we open our from door. And there is a mini surveillance cam she has focused on our front door so she has us under constant surveillance. Now I find out that she has filed a restraining order against me. All actions to get even for the Order of Protection my wife was granted against this women. She has yet to be held accountable for the many violations she has commited by retreating back Into her home where she remains hidden from view and refuses to answer her door to law enforcement when they arrive. Law enforcement no longer responds to our complaints as she continues to harrass, insult and threaten us at every opportunity.

A: more info needed.

it is always difficult dealing with weirdos.

obviously, you can explain all that on the matter against you. Get dates, case numbers etc to the best of your ability to share with the court..

you can also sue her in small claims court.

consider contacting the DA assigned to the case against her, that is pending and share this info with him/her.
