Sunnyvale, CA asked in Criminal Law for California

Q: Hello,I would like information on issues with individuals who threaten violence.

I am living at a property where a single individual has walked by for over 1 year so far, and on a daily/weekly basis is yelling in a loud, aggressive, violent and threatening behavior. I would like to know what my legal options are with either criminal or civil against the individual. I also want to know what my options are to make law enforcement take action against the individual with tickets, fees, fines, so on and so on.

I would also like to add I am a medical patient with a disability that has the following:

-Paranoid Schizophrenia.

-Anxiety Disorder.

-Major Depressive Disorder.
