Q: Would I legally be able to withhold my children from their mother because she is being evicted and will be homeless

I need to know if I file for emergency full custody how soon would it be granted

A: Your attorney can't file for emergency custody and walk it through for the judge's signature until she HAS been evicted. Unless she has some other issue like drugs.
