Q: can i file a restraining order on my ex boyfriend if I don't know his home or work address?
We broke up about a month ago. Since then he's moved and quit his job but I know (although I can't prove it) that he's posting lies about me on social media. He's using my photo and accusing me of embarrassing things. He also painted foul language on my car. He's calling my mother - He even sent a text message to my 14 year old son. He's using fake phone numbers and emails and accounts. Can I do anything?
I can't PROVE it. I know it but I have NO proof. Will they take my word?
