Oroville, CA asked in Landlord - Tenant for California

Q: How do I appealing an eviction when the landlord retaliated against me

Motel 6 kicked me and my family out after my kids got impetigo that the doctor said could come from the swimming pool area. the judge that we had for our initial trial was an attorney taking the place of a judge civil code 1940 2. 5 with violated also 827 section beat was violated within this process. the motel employees ganged up on me and my children and treated us like crap for a month-and-a-half and also lied about my kids breaking their glass and the maintenance man had the gardener blow leaves and Dustin me and my company's face. All of this happened after I complain to corporate and the environmental health. Also they stop doing housekeeping and lock me out of the system so I could not pay my bill, as well as through the motel keys at my kids whenever they want to go redo the keys for the room. The judge did not hear anything that I have to say she completely disregarded anyting and granted the plaintiff the judgment.

A: Much more info needed. This is probably more in the area of Real Estate law with Retaliatory eviction... which we don’t handle.

If a lawyer rep’d you at trial, that person would be in best position to provide advice.
