I left him alone for a quick second to get him medicine and something to eat and i guess he herd me leave and left the house where he was found around the corner by a woman who called police i immediately responded when police contacted me what is max charge they will give me i do not have a previous criminal record
A: More importantly , you will have a child in need of care case. You need a juvenile court/criminal attorney to handle both for you. But child neglect is a misdemeanor and you will get probation and a fine.
