Miami, FL asked in Car Accidents and Traffic Tickets for Minnesota

Q: "At-fault" accident, Petty misdemeanor citation, full coverage-SF, no tickets past 10yrs. benefits outweigh atty fees?

Just trying to find out if I can get an advocate near MSP South metro area to help my mother through this rear-end accident. Willing to pay if short/long-term benefits outweigh upfront cost.

A: It's tough to know whether it's worth it for someone else. But when I get a traffic ticket, it's always worth it to me to fight to keep it off my record. Why? I usually succeed. And if I don't, the record can't get any worse than what would otherwise happen. The only cost for me is time and money. And the same is true for my clients. But each person has to decide for themselves what they'd like to do. I offer free phone consults, if that would help.
