Q: I have a 15 year old son that has been accused of sexually battery at school and his been suspended and has a court date

Court date 10/18/19

And he didn't do it can u help us?

i am in palm springs and suspect you are not.

you need to get a lawyer in your area and if you can't afford one the court will appoint one for your son if he is charged with a crime.
