Q: if i have evidence that could exonerate my boyfriend from charges, how long would it take for the charges to be dropped?

During a . block party some kids set a couch on fire. I have a video showing who was in front of the couch moments after the fire was lit. My boyfriend was charged for committing this crime, but he did not do it. In the video you can hear his voice at the end of a 40 second clip, sounding like he's next to me the entire time. Is this enough to exonerate him? He is banned from all school property for something he didnt even do.

A: If you have all this, then you should have already retained an attorney
