London, KY asked in Child Support for Kentucky

Q: I have been on pretrial diversion and my 5 years is up this month and it was for child support my kids are age 19 and 22

Now I'm paying back pay and owe maybe 1500 my court date is 10/10/2019 it says for diversion completion what will happen

A: The case will be dismissed-diverted. You can then expunge it 60 days later.
